Alma Antigua

Alma Antigua, or “Old Soul” in Spanish is our homage to the traditional coffee culture of Honduras. After harvest, the whole coffee fruit is slowly dried in the Honduran sun, allowing the beans to absorb the natural sugars and flavors of the coffee cherry, imparting a fruity and complex flavor profile to these unique beans.

Natural drying harnesses the power of sunlight and omits the water-intensive wash phase, making it one of the most ecologically sustainable methods of coffee processing.

This specialty blend is fair trade and high altitude grown.
